1. About JD Multi Services & Products

JD Multi provides printing and fabrication services including UV Printing, Laser Cutting, CNC Cutting / CNC 3D Work, Fiber Laser Marking, UV DTF, Spot UV Printing, Acrylic Bending, Acrylic Edge Polishing, coating services, and customized products such as nameplates, acrylic mementos/awards, keychains, UV label stickers, signage, and promotional items.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• Prices depend on size, material, quantity, finishing, artwork complexity, and delivery timeline.
• Pricing may change due to raw material cost fluctuations or specification changes.
• Promotional offers, if any, are time-bound and subject to conditions.

3. Orders, Customization & Approvals

• Most JD Multi products are custom-made. You must verify all final details before production.
• Digital proofs or mockups may be shared; production may begin after your approval.
• Approval via WhatsApp, email, or message is considered valid confirmation.
• Post-approval changes may not be possible or may involve additional charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities (Artwork & IP)

You confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use all submitted logos, images, designs, or trademarks.
• JD Multi is not responsible for copyright or trademark disputes arising from customer content.
• You agree to indemnify JD Multi against claims related to your provided artwork or content.

5. Production Timelines

• Production timelines depend on order volume, material availability, and approval speed.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier, weather, or operational factors.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• Shipping is handled through third-party courier or transport services.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch, subject to applicable law.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure availability at delivery.

7. Inspection & Claims (Damage or Defect)

• Products must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
• Transit damage must be reported within 24–48 hours with unboxing photos/videos.
• Manufacturing defects are evaluated against approved proofs and specifications.

8. Refunds / Returns (Custom Products)

• No refunds or returns for spelling errors, approved design mistakes, or change of mind.
• Refund or replacement may be offered for verified manufacturing defects only.
• Non-custom or standard items (if any) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Payments

• Advance payment (partial or full) may be required depending on order size and type.
• Online payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; card details are not stored by JD Multi.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access
• Upload malicious files, spam, or false inquiries
• Copy or reuse website content, images, or branding without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Multi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajkot, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
