We also produce customized items such as nameplates, mementos/awards, keychains, stickers, signage, magnets, and more.

2. Do you work with businesses (B2B) and bulk orders?

Yes. JD Multi supports B2B requirements including branding, promotional items, signage, labeling, and bulk customized production.

3. What materials can you print or work on?

Depending on the service, we work with multiple materials commonly used in signage and customized products, including acrylic, MDF, sunboard, and other fabrication media. Material suitability depends on job specifications and finishing requirements.

4. What’s the difference between UV Printing and UV DTF?

• UV Printing: Direct printing onto the surface of a material; ideal for rigid items and signage.
• UV DTF: A transfer/sticker-based process used for branding on products, bottles, gift items, and more.

5. Do you provide design support?

Yes. Basic layout support or production-ready adjustments may be provided depending on workload. For best results, please share your reference, required size, and content.

6. How do I place an order or request a quotation?

For most customized products, a digital proof or mockup can be shared if required. Production begins only after your approval.

Acrylic edge polishing is a finishing process that smooths acrylic edges, giving them a clean, glossy, glass-like appearance.

9. What is “Acrylic Bending”?

Acrylic bending is a controlled heating technique used to shape acrylic sheets into customized forms, commonly used for stands, displays, and signage structures.

10. Do you offer coating services?

Yes. JD Multi offers coating services such as pre-coating and post-coating to improve adhesion and provide additional protection like UV, scratch, or environmental resistance, depending on application.

11. What are your most common products?

Common products include customized door nameplates, acrylic mementos/awards, customized keychains, UV label stickers, signage boards, fridge magnets, UV DTF stickers, and various promotional items.

12. What is your typical delivery time?

Delivery timelines vary based on quantity, material, and approval speed. Please share your deadline during inquiry, and we will confirm a realistic dispatch schedule.

13. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since most products are customized, returns are generally not accepted after final approval. If a verified manufacturing defect is found that does not match approved specifications, we will assist with replacement or resolution.
